I thought I had found a reliable auto repair. I was wrong! I took my car into Honest 1 in July of last year for an oil change.. They said my car was in excellent condition. I knew it was because even though it is a 2006 Highlander, I take very good care of it. So when I took it in Jan, 24, for an oil change, I was shocked when the Tech told me I needed new front and back brakes. My pads were very worn. They sure went down fast in those 5 months! I could tell he was taken back when I told him I had new brakes put on by Toyota and I had only put 14,000 miles on them. He gave me a price for new brakes and I left feeling very puzzled. I am the only one who drives my car and I am not hard on my brakes. So, I had a friend take a look. SURPRISE!! They are NOT worn and still looks new. I believe the Tech saw that I was at the 60,000 mark and figured I wouldn’t question the timing to replace them. Toyota replaced them at 46,000 miles. Needless to say, I will not be back!

Great service, fair price. Staff was great and I got a 3 year warranty on my service for less than I would pay for a 1 year warranty repair elsewhere. Highly recommended
