The Kirby family have treated my car with respect, and though their prices are high at times, it is still cheaper than stealership prices. The two cars I have owned I have taken to them. \r\n\r\nMy 2002 Volvo S40 turbo had many problems, an I don’t believe the check engine light ever went off in that car. At a “brakes for less” chain store an unscrupulous mechanic damaged parts of the suspension and break system of the car. After legal action, Imports plus was chosen as the shop that would do the remedial repairs. They completed the repairs and also found a dangerous fuel leak and fixed that as well. The car ran spectacular after that and I was satisfied with their work. \r\n\r\nThe second car (and my current one) is a 2006 Acura RSX Type S.\r\nThe only problem I had with this car was a pesky electrical issue that was giving me an airbag warning light. Nowhere else I went knew how to fix this issue, but after imports plus certified ASE professionals hooked it up to their diagnostic tool and got the error codes turned off. No warning lights and no more worries. \r\n\r\nI recommend them to anyone who has a luxury import car and doesn’t want to pay dealer prices, you’ll find cheaper mechanics, but none as quality.
