20 minute job quoted, took over 1 hour. And on top of it, they not only did a poor job by not completely fill the chip. They also put a 1″ scratch in my windshield when removing their equipment after the repair. No apology, nothing. It was bad enought getting a chip in the windshield of my brand-new car, it was made worse by Indianhead Glass in Hudson. Extremely unprofessional. The tech working on my car was dirty and greasy, acted like I was bothering him by bringing my car in to a prearranged appointment, and left his handprints all over my new car interior. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs.
