My car experienced a total engine failure. I was towed to J&J Presto’s where they worked to thoroughly and correctly diagnose the issue. The engine would need to be replaced! They advised me to contact Kia Corporate (I was 12K miles out of warranty) and ask them to honor the warranty. Corporate would not honor the warranty. But after much complaining and discussion, the dealership agreed to replace the engine (They said as a courtesy). My car disaster would never have ended well without the excellent work and solid, honest advice from J&J Presto’s.
