The front desk(Amy, I believe) was both curteous and helpful setting up my appointment and making arrangements with my insurance company. The technician(John Morse) was polite, quick and answered all of my questions regarding the replacement. I had a similar experience last year when my wife’s windshield needed to be replaced.
