This is my first experience with Japanese Auto Repair. What a great find! These guys really know what they are doing. Had a check engine light on my 2016 Prius come on. Upon arrival at their shop, the first thing I noticed was that David, the owner, had all of his training certifications and credentials for Toyota up on the wall which gave me a high level of comfort. I also got a real feeling of trust when dealing with Tony who took care of me. These guys are honest and take the time to explain the issues. Their pricing was also very fair.\r\n\r\nI took it to them at 11 am yesterday and they had me out by 5 pm. They do great work at an honest price. Significantly less expensive than a dealership and David doesn’t try to push services on you that are not needed. He also stands by his work which is huge. Can’t say enough good things about him and his staff. \r\n-Michael Carr
