I stopped in this store 2 times with a remote start and the bypass that goes with it and asked if they could install it and both times I was told yes. My mom wanted a remote start for Christmas so I gave this one to my stepdad and he went to the store and got a $90 gift card to pay for the installation. I made the appointment and today when we got there, they said they couldn’t use the bypass and that we would have to pay an additional $90 for one of theirs. Since this was supposed to have been a gift and I had been told they could do it, we asked for a refund for the gift card. The owner was rude and nasty to us, yelling at us that this wasn’t their fault and refused to give us a refund. We argued with him that this was in fact their fault for having told us they could install the remote start. He finally went to his back room got the money for the gift card and practically threw it at my mom while telling her, ” Get the F*** out my store and don’t come back!” EXTREMELY rude and HORRIBLE business attitude!
