Took car in for oil change. Driving out car stalled in highway and check engine light came on. Went back and let them know exactly what happened. “This couldnt be us sir. Just bad timing.” Never had any car issue of any kind. Dealer removed the peice of leave they got stuck in my throttle for $200 when jiffy lube was taking out my filters to show me and let me know that in their opinion they should be replaced. I will going to better business bureau, small claims court and posting email to distribution list for 10000 employee company I work for to make sure EVERYONE knows how happy I am with this level of service. Everyone can make a mistake but for Pep boys to NOT BOTHER TO CHECK when I returned with the vehicle is beyond comprehension.
