The worst service I’ve ever experience here among the Jiffly Lube locations. Employees are ok with their assignments. But the manager was terrible in dealing with customers. He was rude, not making an effort to understand customers’ need, completely imcompetence to address questions. This location will lose my business permanently. Not only that, I’ll be very careful in giving my business to other Jiffly Lube locations. I have been using the Jiffy Lube at Hanover Park for many years with my multiple vehicles. I’ll have to look elsewhere for my business.
