I at have had Krause Automotive do my repairs for almost 10 years. He has worked on my 94 Astro numerous times since they require a lot of maintenance as the get older. He has towed for me 2-3 times, and I have bought 2 sets of tires plus had tire work done by his shop. I would not take my vehicles anywhere else, he has always been straight with what was needed done and pricing. It is great to have a shop like his in West Bend. Thanks Eddie

If I could give ZERO stars I would. DO NOT ever take your car to this guy or call him for a tow. $65 for a 2 mile tow plus $156 for a 10 minute evaluation. THEN, since he deemed the engine shot he thought it was fair to charge $233 AND let us know that if we GAVE him the title he would dispose of the vehicle. This was after we paid him more than $750 for service on the same vehicle four months ago. THEN he charged us $90 to “store” the car for three days until we could get it picked up from his lot. Never – Never – Never go to this guy.
