Used the company once before. Service okay. Today 3/16/2020 had the repair man in to replace a second window. Friendly, not in the least. Asked him if you would like a garbage bag to put under the window. Explained I had glass and epoxy all over my driveway the last time they repaired my window. Did not want broken glass again on driveway. He stated, I don’t want a bag and out he went.\r\nWhen he replaced the window the bottom sill that you use to open and close window was broken. I asked him about it. The man lied right to my face and said it was already broken. I told it was not and he said it was. I used the window yesterday and it worked fine. No broken pieces. He again stated he did not break it. \r\nCalled the company and they said if the window was old nothing they could do. I said that’s not the point the man lied and was nasty. The office said I could send in pictures. \r\nI went out to the driveway found the pieces of broken sill and epoxy all over the driveway. Left a message with the company. Any bets on if I hear back. I am trying to glue the pieces back on.\r\nToo bad this company and their service is horrible. I recommend any other company for your window needs.

4/20/16 Never would I go to Lager Glass Company located in Neptune, NJ again. I paid for a piece of glass to be cut 46.5 x 26.5 for a table top 1/4″ thick, polished edging. It was crooked on one corner. So I brought it back. The owner Spike said he would fix it. Don’t know how you fix crooked. He smoothed it down. Now it’s not polished edged on that corner and shorter than my specifications. Brought it back a 2nd time. His men were rude to me rude to my husband when I said I could have gone to Monmouth Glass my first choice the guy asked why did I come here? I said you had the best price and you were closer. He didn’t want to hear it. In fact he tried hanging up on me twice. My husband who was walking in with the glass was treated worse. Finally the owner Spike said he would cut a new piece. He called me at work said the glass was done a day later. It was the same piece of glass we had bought in to begin with, with the same corner that was sanded down. When we complained about it. He argued that it was just cut it was a new piece of glass.
