Did they do a sound job of replacing the starter? Yes, however, they price gouged the starter and said the verbal estimate given over the phone did not occur. When I brought this to their attention I was told, this is how I make money, off of parts. Seriously? You make your real money off labor. They charged $165.00 for a remanufactured starter that literally cost $74.00 a block down the road, but what s worse??? They DID NOT honor their estimate AND they did additional work to the car without authorization. This is why I go to places like Tires Plus… at least they are held to standardized costing. Ridiculous. I will NEVER go there again and I ll tell everyone I come across not to as well. I learned a valuable lesson. GET IT IN WRITING!
