Mercedes Oil Change

02 May, 2017

I want to thank Lee and his staff for providing me with excellent service when I was new to Orange Park and needed an oil change for my Mercedes. I was happy to know that Lee owns several Mercedes and is very familiar with all the repair aspects. I’ll be taking my car to Lee next Monday, May 8, 2017 for him to diagnose and make repairs to the engine, specifically serpentine belt.\r\n\r\nThank you for your honesty and excellent workmanship!\r\n\r\nJody Jacobson

Brake Repair/Rotors&pads

12 May, 2013

Dear Manager and Mechanics at Lee’s Garage\r\nPlease accept my deepest sincere gratitude for repairing my car’s brakes on May 10th 2013. This letter is my thank you for such unusually good service, affordable pricing, and excellent auto repair. \r\nAfter 3 failed attempts to fix these brakes during the past 2 years, we had begun to ignore a dangerous condition in our brakes. We drove to Florida for a vacation and traveled 17 hours on brakes that grabbed if applied while driving over 40 mph. Personally I had decided that perhaps the brakes could not be fixed for some reason.\r\nBeing unfamiliar with the area, a relative’s neighbor recommended Lee’s Garage and even called ahead for us. Then I called and asked if there was any way on a busy overbooked Friday that Lee’s Garage could fit in a brake repair job.\r\nThe Manager was so personal and so confident that they could repair the brakes regardless of the history that I mentioned of failed attempts. He was honest that the schedule on Friday was already booked and he could only try to fit us in.\r\nAfter 5 o’clock on Friday the mechanics were able to start the job and stated they would call us when it was finished as they had to extend beyond the 6 pm closing to finish the job.\r\nNot only do the brakes work perfectly now but the estimate was by far lower than any of the other 3 paid repair bills that were not successful. \r\nJacksonville should treasure having such a garage.\r\n\r\nRalph and Kathy Acosta
