I was very happy with my experience at Luray Import Service. Randy gave me all my options regarding the job – whether or not to do the water pump, after-market v/s dealer parts, etc. – and the pros and cons of each. He was able to answer all of my questions and was always available. His invoice was detailed and easy to read. And the price was considerably less than what I was quoted in Northern Virginia. I will be back.
