Catalytic converter

They put a catalytic converter on my mothers car. The heat shield started making noise after a month or so, so they tried to weld it down and put a hole in the brand new CC and made it even louder. They have charged her well over $1000 to put on one converter and a muffler and the car has been loud for 5 years. My opinion is that these guys are crap. Take it to Midas or someplace professional. Pay a little more now and save yourself the headache later.
