New Windshield

20 Feb, 2013

brian

I had a new windshield replaced on 11-29-12. Within the first week, the mirror fell off (metal bracket) the windshield. The guy came out and used glue to re-attach it. This again failed and the guy decided to try a different metal bracket and once again glued it. This lasted until 2-17-12 when once again the mirror came off, only this time it came off with a chunk of glass still glued to the metal bracket. On 2-18-12 the manager came out to look at my windshield and the first thing he asked was how hard did you hit the mirror. I explained to him that I was working and noticed it hanging when leaving for my lunch. On 2-19-12 they once again installed a new windshield. I asked about compensation for the inconvienence and time I had to take off work for them to make all 3 repairs. On 2-20-12 I was advised that they would not compensate me at all. I will not use them at all in the future and I will not recommend them to anyone. Customer service is important and this is no way to treat a customer.
