As a women I feel intimidated when I have to have anything done on my car because I do not know anything about it. I was pleasantly surprised by the helpfulness of Dennis and Russ. They made me feel in control of the repair, showed me the part that was leaking and explained what it did. They did not talk down to me as a women and asked me if I had any other questions they could answer. I loved that they took me home since the car had to cool down before they could do the repair and the total bill was less then they had quoted. I have found a great new shop and will be telling all my friends about them. What a great family business. \r\n\r\nI got there just as they were doing some painting inside and they apologized for the stacks of equipment and parts outside while they finished painting during the night. When I went back the next day to pick up my car it looked so clean and bright inside. I was impressed that they had done so much in such a small amount of time.\r\n\r\nSusan Bailey
