The shop has had my parents vehicle since July 14, 2016, they took long to do the job and then gave the car to them July 23, 2016 as a complete job and got paid $1236. The car was not working right so the next day we took it back and they have yet to fix the problem. All we get are excuses and are told it will be ready tomorrow, but when we go to pick it up the next day they give excuses why its not ready and again are old tomorrow,. Today is August 4,2016 I called for status and again their answer is “tomorrow”.
