I took my car to this place about a month ago for a check engine light and by the way they were my mechanic though I could have done it my self with obd but I thought they were my mechanic so just get a estimate long story short they made a estimate of $2400 which was to much for my old Ford Escape so I said let me think about it “guess what” they said l have to fix my car or pay $60 for diagnostic which it says on the diagnostic sheet that they provided me was $00. What a bunch of crooks.

I have ananother incident with same location and same day.\r\n \r\nI been there for free maintenance checkup after the check up immediatly my car started giving trouble inthe starting. I had the same car last 1.5 years even the last snow.. I never had any issue before while start I am really very honest on this. After this checkup it was not starting at all. But you need to consider the following statements given by them when they do my winter maintenance.\r\n \r\n1. I asked them about my battery – They said it was very good no issues on my battery. But after had starting issue I went back to them and they said battery is not good we didnt tested properly. I really dont understand what kind of test they did and why this is not happen (starting issue) before I go there for maintenance checkup.\r\n2. Another concern, They gave me the reason the alternater is not charging the battery because the battery is small then the expected. I really dont understand if the battery is small then it should have to be an issue always before also. But why this issue started after your maintenance checkup.. \r\n \r\nI am thinking that they did something not work so that I can come back to them to spend money.. Please advice me due to just free maintenance – my Door handle is broken which is very good condition plus lost my battery which they quoted 380$.\r\n \r\nThanks and appreciate your response and looking forward your feedback onthis matter.\r\n \r\nThanks\r\nRavi K
