I saw technician Ben watts intructing an oil change person named Joe to perform brake repair and he was not even certified,Joe then did the brake job,can anyone say contact the BAR, this type of activity carries serious fines for the repair facillity including shutdown,what does it take to make employers do things correctly,the customers are largely unaware of what goes on behind the scenes…except this time……
