I had my car towed to this shop and Mike informed me that he would not charge us for him to just look at the vehicle. Mike also informed us that we could bring in new tires and he would install them for $7.50/per tire. After Mike changed his mind at the last minute he ended up charging us $37.50 to just tell us what was wrong, and would not install new tires unless we bought them from him. After arriving to Mike’s shop to pick up the car so that we could take it to a Tire Shop for a less expensive price, I confronted Mike about his false promises. Mike responded with “Get the F%$# out of my shop” and “Take your piece of S$%@ with you.” He also said to my mother “Get the F#$@ out you ugly old B#$%!” I think everyone needs to be warned about this more than awful experience. Mike also pushed the receipt in my moms face and as a result of that we filed a police report against him. BE CAUTIOUS! We are not from Lockhart, TX so we did not have any idea as to how disrespectful Mike was. It wasn’t until the Police Officer that we filed the claim with informed us that he has had numerous claims filed against him for harassment. DON’T GO TO THIS SHOP!!!
