Jamal(Store manager) is one the biggest crookes in the automotive industry who takes advantage of unknowing customers .Not only is he very unprofessional but also marking up prices over 5 times what they cost.My mom went there and was charged $4000 dollars for under $2000 in work (had a dealership and 2 independent shops verify this by a second opinion and quote ).Not only that but Jamal charged for parts that were not even changed .When he was confronted on his shady borderline criminal actions he became very belligerent and rude !! Escalated to corporate (bill Gallagher) who I was assured would return the call that day and he took a week to just call back !!with no solution to these obvious issues!! DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY !!!

Happy that I chose to service my car in NTB in Oak Lawn. Customer Service here is fabulous. I definitely recommend this place to my friends whenever they need tires or brakes on there cars. I called made an appointment the inspection was free that is how I new my breaks were low and I pleased they always offer the warranty for the tires and let me know when to come for the rotation of my tires and or oil changes. The service technicians are well aware of their job and know how to explain it well. Always have a pleasant visit and its good that the people working there are always smiling and answer questions to my concerns. will continue to service my car here!
