Thanksgiving Day the timing belt broke on my son’s car while he was travelling. The main tow truck company refused to send anyone out to help him despite it being almost freezing outside and my son was stranded. No cops anywhere to be found.\r\n\r\nCalled these guys and they were ready to help. I just had to get the car to them, when happened the following day.\r\n\r\nRick answered the call and was more than ready to help. He was friendly and exactly what I expected when I think of small towns in Texas.\r\n\r\nThe following day the owner, Mike, called and we talked about the situation. He was more than understanding and exceedingly helpful.\r\n\r\nI will remember this kindness as we pass through Navasota and will post reviews everywhere I can. This shop ROCKS!
