I went to the PEP BOYS in Fresno at 693 W. Shaw. Needed a key for my 04 Tahoe after one was made at the Hanford Pep boys in Hanford which did not work. Your employee on Shaw made the key and took back the one that was did not work. I was not charged for the second key and I thought that was very nice of Pep Boys to honor the products they sell. I will definetly tell all my friends how I was treated.. Very happy customer\r\nRalph Diaz\r\nVisalia, CA.
