I went into Pep Boys in Lake Worth Texas on 4/13/2013 for a standard oil change. When I walked in there were 2 gentlemen working the front desk. One of those employees was helping someone else the other was on the computer searching for information. Once he realized he could not find that info he decided to acknowledge me. I’d been standing there for about 3 to 4 minutes before he looked my direction and i was only 1 1/2 steps away from him. Against my better judgement I let them go ahead with the oil change. Customer Service is not there strong suit. I will not go back and would not recommend this establishment to any of my friends.
