Today I got my oil change and the staff was very nice. Even though they seemed to have many appointments/walk in situations they still got my oil change (which was scheduled) done a reasonable amount of time!

While in Panama City I had an oil change on March 14/2015 , store 1529 , work order 2038577 . Recently we had another oil change at\r\na Hyundai dealer locally , at mileage 24035 kl. In the interval\r\n\r\nwe found oil leaking in our driveway – not from our other car – and our dealer indicated that the oil filter and oil plug\r\nwere not sufficiently closed and tightened .\r\nWe could have found ourselves out of oil during our return to Canada because of this negligence ! \r\nWe are totally pissed and ask that your mechanics , are ordered to doublecheck this feature before releasing cars to customers .\r\nJP Leclair\r\n74 Flandres St Gatineau Que Canada J8T 4S3
