My car had a rubbing noise in the left rear wheel, it got louder when I appl;ied my brakes. They replaced my brakes, and they work great now thank you.

I went in for emissions inspection. They had me in and out before it was even my appointment time. Very friendly and easy to deal with.

My previous visit was not a good one. My most recent visit was great. I had purchased tires on my previous visit and dropped my truck off in the morning. When I went to pick it up, it wasn’t ready until after the store closed, and they didn’t even do the alignment. There were three people in front of me picking up their vehicles and they were not happy at all. The counter person( He’s worked there for quite awhile, and I won’t mention his name, but it starts with G ) should not be dealing with customers. My most recent visit was great because Terry was working the counter. He was very friendly and respectful of my time. My tire rotation was completed in the time that I was told.

Regular scheduled oil change and tire rotation. You pointed out that we needed new lug nuts. (We’d been warned on a previous visit that they were fading fast so we were prepared for the news.) You installed the new nuts quickly at a reasonable price and we are rolling smoothly. Thanks for the prompt, professional service once again.
