Had new tires put on my car. I purchased the Lifetime Balance $59.96 (on my receipt) but on my receipt it said wheel balance was not performed. I received a Tire Protection Plan but I did not receive a Lifetime Balance Plan. I would like to receive clarification of what the extra charge was for the lifetime balance and why that was not performed when the new tires were installed.

My tires kept going low, they rotated them and checked them for leaks. They seem to be holding air so far. Thank you for a job well done!
