I got home to find my tire deflating air quickly. Got my spare tire on and got it to Plaza since I had purchased my tires there. I didn’t expect them to get it in right away but they did. I was in and out in 45 minutes, problem resolved and everyone being kind and friendly.

I needed a safety and emissions and was concerned about the probability of fitting it in my schedule. Charles was very accommodating when other local shops were out three weeks or more. Mechanic Randy is very efficient and helpful when working and if any questions may arise. \nPlaza in Desoto went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and assured.
