I had new tires put on, oil change, air filter, rear wiper replaced, alignment(informed of a pkg to get lifetime alignments), and informed or asked about anything before it was done. \nThe guys at this Plaza tire are like family to me, especially Joey and Cedric.

My Vehicle went in for new tires, and new brakes. After a closer inspection, not only did I need brakes, but also needed new Roters and Ball Joints. The Technician was very outstanding at repairing the problems and I’m very pleased with the quality of work that they put into the Vehicle. Plaza Tire is and will be highly recommended for my repairs and Tires. Thank You Plaza Tire Technicians.

I work for VA Center for Development & Civic Engagement and it is my job to help Veterans in need. We had one at our facility damage his wheel causing the tire to lose it’s bead. We put his spare on and took him to your shop. I advised if Plaza could donate the work to get him back on the road I can provide a donation receipt for the value of the work which may be used for tax purposes. I also advised if they were not interested in doing that a VA Police officer had already spoken with Plaza about putting the cost on his own account. The store did the work, didn’t charge the Veteran, the VA Police or want a donation receipt. The took care of this Veteran with exceptional customer service!
