Alex at the Lake St Louis, Mo location went above and beyond to help me out. I was heading out of town and my tire pressure light went on. I took the car to Plaza and he personally pulled my car in, discovered the problem, fixed it and I was on the road out of town within a half hour. Kudos to him for going to the extra effort to help me out on the spur of the moment.

I talked to you about new tires for my car and you quoted me a price that was $300 less than your competitor for a higher quality, higher mileage set of tires. You also talked about oil changes that are $30 less than the same competitor. I am making you my new place for regular maintenance.

Fast service with even being short staffed. Didn’t have my normal tires I buy but believe I received and equivalent set we shall see.all staff was super friendly
