They offer free Maine inspections when you buy the truck, but then screw you by failing the inspection for phony problems. I will be happy to show anyone how they screwed me for brake parts “rust” and engine compartment leak that they could not actually find, but suspected from seeing wetness. Do not go to ray hassel ford for service, or overpriced parts. Buy the car or truck if you think it is worth it, but do NOT go back for inspection. It’s a trick. You will regret ever having been to Ray Hassel ford. You can buy parts online for half of their counter parts prices. Agency mechanics hate their jobs, and work for a fraction of the hourly labor fees and must back up whatever service writers tell the customer. Ask any mechanic. Ray Hassel is the worst of the worst.
