I have used this local business, car wash, oil change, even bought a set of tires there, for more than 7 years. My wife and her family have used their service since they have been open.\r\n\r\nRecently I had new wheels & tires delivered from Tire Rack. Imwaxed the wheels before installing them. Easier to do off the car. They were immaculate.\r\nI take my car through the car wash, pay for the most expensive package, like my wife and I usually do. The rail, on the way in scratches my new wheel. The owner claims it wasn’t his wash, must have been there since they mounted the tires. IT WASN’T, \r\nI figure being a long time customer he will surely take care of it. Very important here, I wasn’t asking him to replace the wheel, that had less than 1000miles on it, I was hoping he would have a service “touch it up”. If he would have listened to me today, instead of telling me he is going to suit me for liable, if I write a review, he would have heard me say, a few washes would make me happy!
