I can’t say enough good things about Alan at Rogers Tire & Repair. We had a run-in with construction debris that blew out two tires on our new car when we were passing through Alachua. Alan worked some magic and found the (odd size) tires we needed in another city and was able to get us on our way the next day. He kept in touch with us to let us know how things were going the whole time we were there. He even called to make sure the tires were performing to our satisfaction and that we had gotten home safely. Amazing customer service from great mechanics and really good, honest people! Troy has been taking care of ALL of our cars since this business opened years ago. We have had to deal with dealers in the past because of warranties and what have you but we constantly return for the honest and efficient care we receive. The tire service we receive is outstanding as well.\r\n\r\nWe recommend Troy and staff for any repairs. There is no hard sell here; If he doesn’t think something needs to be done, he’ll tell you but he will also let you know the repercussions if you allow something to go too long. \r\n\r\nHe’s honest, hard working and totally cares for his customers.
