I have been taking my cars to Say Ray since 1969 – 43 years. When I was out of state for 7.5 of those years, I called them for help with my car and they were always responsive. I drive from Pacifica to take my car to their shop in Palo Alto. Would never take my car anywhere else!\r\n\r\n-Amy Vossbrinck

I’ve used Say Ray since 1989 to service my four Volvos. They’re at least at good as any dealer I’ve dealt with – and often better. One of the dealers I occasionally use wasn’t able to do a particular test because they didn’t have a tool that Say Ray does. The people at Say Ray know me and my Volvos and what my priorities are. They tell me about things to watch for the future and don’t automatically assume that every defect needs to be fixed / replaced.\r\n\r\n-David Curbow
