I was a little concerned sending my college age daughter to the first repair she has needed for the used SAAB we found her over a year ago. While the car has been a gem, older parts sometimes wear out. I was impressed by their professionalism and the accuracy and honesty of their estimate and diagnosis. You hear stories about some shops taking advantage of young drivers, selling them repairs they don’t need – but not these guys. These guys at Scanwest Autosport were totally professional, courteous, patient, and great at making my daughter feel comfortable in getting her automobile repaired, and repaired correctly. They gave her a fair and honest estimate, and fixed her Saab great. I couldn’t recommend higher. They will get our business for as long as she keeps her Saab.\r\n\r\nLamont S.\r\nBellingham, WA
