The employees of this station gives Shell a bad, excuse me, a terrible name!!! Had a tune up completed and went to pick the car up at closing and could not stop the car once I got down the road with out pushing brakes all the way to the floor. Called my fiancee to come check the car out who I was supposed to be following home but had to pull over and the list goes on. When we get home he looks under the hood and noticed that several hoses were apart and this was causing the brakes to function improperly and the strange noise that my car was making. So we go back out and when arrive back to the shop everybody has left. Wow!!!. A few months later my fiancee gives them the benefit of doubt ad goes back for some work needed to his car unsurprisingly, two months later everything that they stated was repaired previously during service, needed to be repaired AGAIN!!! There was a warranty expressed but upon his return there was a bill imposed for alsmost $200 to fix what was already supposed to be fixed only two-three months prior.
