I took my car in about a week ago and was told i needed my car’s computer replaced so I agreed to have it ordered and installed. I was told it would be done by Thursday 19 June 2014 at the latest, so I went and got a rental car until that day. I turned the rental car in and my car still is not done and when I went by the shop I was told it would more than likely be finished today 20 June 2014 because the machine to program the computer was not functioning. Today I spoke to Dave around 2:30 and was told they have not even installed the computer, but was fairly confident that it would be finished before the shop closed and he would call me if there were any changes. I did not receive a call and I still do not have my car. That is the only car I have to reach work and I refuse to purchase another rental car just so I can continue to be given the run around on my car. If my car is still not done on Monday, I will get my car back and take my problem elsewhere. This shop will definitely be avoided next time I have an issue with my car.
