My Audi had an issue with intermittently not starting. Bill checked out all the possibilities. And he went beyond using his deep knowledge and experience to find the problem. He found and ordered the part. And I am thankful for the loaner car.\r\nHe and his team do an excellent job, know mechanics and work to correct all the problems.
