First off let me begin by saying that I am a single mom who is pregnant. In October of 2014 I bought a car from here upon purchase I noticed after a day or so a horrible noise and clunking I returned the car to the dealership via a tow truck and was told that there mechanic ” would take a look” after having my car several days Glenn phones me saying my car needs struts and that was going to cost me $197 i explained that my vehicle came with a warranty and was inspected by their mechanic as being sound and road worthy. Glenn said oh that’s only on the engine and transmission. I did not trust them anymore at this point. So I got a ride to dealership to pick my car up and take it somewhere else as I could not afford another tow. I took my car to h tec where it was explained to me that it was unsafe to drive my car. First of all their mechanic did not put the struts back together let me drive away pregnant with pieces being lost down the road a mile. What puts the icing on the cake is FRAME DAMAGE my 5day owning only driven 1 1/2 day Smith license mechanic inspected vehicle. This place is a danger there is no real mechanic there. Everyone lies they take your money and put good hard working people in junk cars with a smile on there face. Glenn and Tim Smith are the kinds of business owners you see on 20/20.
