I have been coming here for a long time. Maybe 7 years. The service is always great, but they are pretty expensive. There was a time I needed some major engine work, and they quoted me over 5 grand to do something that I got an independent mechanic to do for about 1500, including parts. I will only go there as a matter of convenience now and for smaller repairs. Anything major, bring it elsewhere. I would love to give Steve at Southcross the business, but he prices himself out of the market.

I went to Southcross because my transmission started acting up. I only had the car for a few months. Luckly it was under warranty. And they handled the whole thing, they also fixed it in a timely manner as well. I recommend them for any service you need on your cars.
