First time customer. Called around for quotes on service B for Mercedes. When I called Star, they told me that they want to look at first because they won’t charge for parts I don’t need. Was a little wary without a quote. They ran car diagnostic and texted to my phone before confirming the quote. And much cheaper than other places I called. They also gave me a loaner and even washed my car. \r\nVery satisfied and will keep coming back\r\n\r\nDawn M.\r\nYorba Linda, CA

Star Auto Service is amazing. They really do the job right and take care of their customers. From the shuttle service to calling and giving me updates, I really appreciate their attention to detail. They even gave me a loaner car — a Mustang which is considerably cooler than the minivan I left for repair. \r\n\r\nI’ve had a problem with an automatic side door that wouldn’t stay open. The dealer spent an entire day and insisted I’d have to replace the whole door. I brought it to Star Auto and they were able to fix it for a fraction of the cost. They sent me a diagnostic of the whole car with pictures identifying the problem. \r\n\r\nExcellent service and great repair. A+++++\r\n\r\nJodi B.
