Turnpike Service Inc. is now under new management. I have followed the mechanic, Patrick from Beverly to South Hamilton and now to Topsfield. He is the fairest and most honest mechanic that I have ever met. He has been working on my 1998 Jeep for over 5 years now and keeps it “running better than new.”\r\nHe has never tried to sell me things that I do not need and will not “replace” parts simply because I feel that they are getting old. He constantly asks me, “when is the part going to break? A year from now or ten years from now?” I never have an answer for him but I find that his answer is always quite sobering. Simply put, why fix something that is not broken? When it (or if) it breaks we can deal with it then. He constantly tells me to save my money! Imagine that!!! He has kept my Jeep running to perfection and I appreciate it greatly. Heck, I have followed him for 3 towns now and I would follow him again!\r\nIn a way I want to keep Turnpike my little secret but after the way he has treated me over the years I feel that it is only right of me to let the rest of the world know about Patrick too and hopefully he will become as successful as he wants to be.\r\nJust as long as I still get special treatment and to the front of what is sure to be a long line in the future.\r\nJust kidding, but not really. LOL…..
