have been coming for 2+ years now. initial visit was for an engine problem that no one else had been able to fix (4 diff places!) and they did! good service, good prices – i’ll keep coming back!

The engine light of my Honda CRV was on, so I took the car to a nearby shop. The owner told me I needed a new catalytic converter after reading the code on the computer that they hooked up to my car. I need my car, so I told them to fix it, even though it cost me close to $800. A few weeks later, my engine light came on again. When I took it back to the shop, they told me that they would need to keep the car for at least a week, and that it would be costly. I decided at that point to take the car to someone else. A friend recommended Vince’s Motors on East Monument Street. When the same catalytic code came up, they were able to pin point the problem as a $3 hose that needed to be replaced. The $800 that I spent on a repair that I didn’t need could have been used to help pay for my son’s college expenses. I can trust Vince’s, and I am now a very loyal customer!

Amazing service. Ed is extremely friendly and his prices are very reasonable. He is there before, during, and after the repair. He truly cares about his customers and the quality of the repair. I highly recommend Vince’s.
