Nate in the customer service department was great. I stopped in because I needed an oil change and liked the idea of picking up a few things while I waited. The waiting room is nice enough. He explained each of the packages for me and when I asked about tire rotation had even more great detail. I told him about needing to fill one of the tires every once in a while and hr mentioned that they do check and reset the sensors\r\n After 30 minutes I got a call to heaf back and they had found a nail in the tire. I had seen it before thinking it was a rock. He showed me how it was leaking and then explained and showed me the patch they use. Didn’t try to sell me a new tire. All in all they did a great job, they have good packages, but I’ll be recommending based on people. Less money then I expected to pay and the rotations are now free going forward. A+
