Rear Main Seal and Oil Pan Gasket, and damaged-leaking; Steering Rack

I’m a repeat customer at Willow Bend Automotive for good reason. These folks will fix your vehicle right the first time. They charge a very honest/fair price for all the work they do, and get your car back to you FAST. I have been coming to this shop for close to TEN YEARS now, with all (4) of my family’s vehicles. I’ve never had to do a customer “Bring-Back” for repeat repairs. That’s pretty amazing if you ask me! This time it was a leaking Rear Main Oil seal, and Oil Pan Gasket/windage tray, plus roadway debris-damaged; steering rack-leaking…combo on my 2008, 180,000 mile Dodge Charger SRT8 HEMI. Willow Bend Technicians got my sweet, MOPAR HEMI baby, all-fixed-up-back-on-the-road in less than Two Days! I am a happy customer. Do yourself a favor and give Willow Bend Automotive a call, the next time you need auto/truck repairs. You’ll be mighty happy you did.

I take ALL of my family vehicles to Willow Bend Automotive for maintenance and repair. They have replaced a Borg Warner T-5, broken Manual Transmission on my 1986 GT Mustang ( I broke the internal shifter fork myself playing Mr. Hot Rod!), done tune-ups, oil changes, thermostat neck and hose, and the serpentine belt/idler pulley replacement on my 2008 Charger SRT8, plus New Alternator and Radiator on my wife’s Toyota. \r\n\r\nThis time it was for (4) NEW Tires to be mounted and balanced on my wife’s 2006 Toyota RAV4. The highly skilled, “ASE Certified” Technicians did a fantastic job. The SUV rides and steers as smooth as it did on delivery day from the Toyota Dealership (and it’s got over 165,000 miles on it !). \r\n\r\nI am more than pleased with Willow Bend Auto and will schedule my next vehicle; Dodge SRT8 Charger, for 4-tires (mount and balance) soon. They don’t touch your vehicle without discussing estimated repair cost FIRST and Foremost! If you want the job done right, for a very fair / honest price, bring your vehicle to Willow Bend.\r\n\r\nJim Hyde\r\nTampa, FL

Be very careful if you chose to use this mechanic. They will charge you double markup on parts. (Proof below.) This is unethical. We are from out of town. Our car broke down and we had to have it fixed immediately. Google had relatively good reviews of this mechanic. However, the tow truck driver did not recommend them. Now I know why.\r\n\r\nOur bill for repair was way too high. In full disclosure, they did call ahead with the price estimate and I approved. That’s my fault. But after receiving the bill, they would not provide an itemized bill, to hide the fact they intentionally overcharged. I noticed the part was quoted $688! This was way too high. \r\n\r\nAfter research, the Napa part they used only cost retail $344. Guess what $344 times two is? You guessed it: $688. I caught them doubling the price on me. Not only would they not fix it, they would not accept that they knowingly charged too much. \r\n\r\nPlease do not use this mechanic unless you have written quotes and double check everything they say. All documentation is below. You can see what they charged me as well as retail pricing for the actual part, to do the math yourself.\r\n\r\nProof with receipt and Napa pricing: imgur.com/a/cmT0qMF
