Surprisingly frustrating experience.\r\n\r\nDropped off a car on 8/13/2012 for the repair of minor damage to driver’s door. Received a call that it will be ready for pickup on Friday, 8/ 17. Hours of operation for collision center on Friday are listed till 5:30PM (http://www.woodworthmoto…) however at 5:10PM the collision center is closed, doors locked and nobody around to retrieve the car. Stuck without a car for a weekend – thank you Woodworth Motors. Went again to pick up the car on Monday, just to find out that the check for repair was sent by insurance to my home address instead of the repair shop, despite of “direction to pay” order, and the repair shop can’t give me the car and sort out the payment issue directly with insurance company. Spent another hour going home and retrieving the check. Finally received the car with nicely repaired damage on outside….. and thick layer of sanding dust and residue from masking tape on inside. Yack!
