I was pretty excited about Wrench. They came to me and did a diagnosis on my vehicle. Said they would need to order parts and reschedule an appointment. I was excited that the $75 diagnosis feee would go toward my repairs.\r\n\r\nThey returned for the second appointment and the parts ordered weren’t the correct parts. I never heard from them again…\r\n\r\nI had to pay another mechanic another diagnosis fee. I was pretty bummed. ?\r\n\r\nI think this service would be great for simple things, Oil change, etc. but if parts need to be ordered, I’d suggest a brick and mortar.\r\n\r\nRyan S.
