Do not go to this place for service. I took my 2008 Saturn Vue in for service and it sat in the shop for 8 days. The car had a small sputter during acceleration. The lady at the desk hung up on me two times! They could not fine the problem and after 8 days they refused to do any more service. I asked if they checked the plug wires and they said no but they could change them for 436.00. I took the car back and replaced all plugs and wires my self for 76.00. The problem has not come back since the change, This is one of the first things that should have been checked. They were ready to tear down the transmission to inspect it. But if the problem wasn’t the transmission I would be charged for the labor. Please heed this warning! Do not give these people your business unless you have money to throw away.
